Virtual life has some very interesting benefits like if you are talking to someone and you wish to discontinue then just close the window. And we all know the magic of “delete”. This is something I always wanted to have in real life to delete some decisions, some days of life, some words spoken which may have hurt others….but our words always stay in the memories of other people.
Now I know that it is not very easy to delete things ... Read More

I saw a few episodes of Dr Moiz Hussain’s programs on various TV channels and was inspired by the power of human brain. He talks about determination, power of thoughts, laws of attraction and over coming negative feelings through proper mind training and handling. I am amazed how interesting this field of learning is ! He truly calls it the fourth dimension, it seems like an invisible dimension with so much unseen power. We should all change our way of ... Man: Is there any way for long life?
Dr: Get married.
Man: Will it help?
Dr: No, but the thought of long life will never come.

Why do couples hold hands during their wedding?
It’s a formality just like two boxers shaking hands before the fight begins!

Husband: Let us stand in silence for 2 minutes.

Sunday afternoon when it was raining in Islamabad we went on an adventure trip to explore "expressway". This is a relatively new alternate road to Murree, also called "Jhikagali" or "Malka-e-kohsar".
Driving becomes relatively difficult on a rainy day and that too if we are heading for steep slopes! Our journey started with amazement because the road looked wide and brilliant. But as we reached closer to Murree it became a zigzag road with dangerous turns. The surroundings were scenic and ... Read More

If you change queues, the one you have left will start to move faster than the one you are in now.

When you dial a wrong number, you never get an engaged one.
LAW OF MECHANICAL REPAIR:
After your hands become coated with grease, your nose will begin to itch.

Our education system is based on the achievement of financial success in life. We do not send our children to school for acquiring knowledge but have very strange reasons of our own. Most parents want their children to have excellent careers (which pay the most!) and some are blindly following other parents for the sake of competition.
So much effort is being put on the part of parents, starting from the day a child is 3 years old or even before! They ... Read More

I was stunned by the size of these two weddings I saw on Taimur Ali's site. The couples look stunning and the photography is mesmerizing but such rich people of "poor Pakistan".
First is Kiran's wedding with Asif. Kiran is Tahira sayed and Naeem Bukhari's daughter.
Second is Omer and Rabia'a wedding ,seeing is believing!
I fully agree with Leila Mahfooz when she writes
"Organising dholkis several weeks ahead of the actual wedding is a wasteful practice that started a while back; the new trend in dholkis ... Read More

My dear sisters in Islam, please take a look at this advice, so that you can stay attractive and beautiful for the rest of your life.
1- To beautify your eyes, lower your gaze towards strange men, this will make your eyes pure and shiny.
2- To beautify your face and make it shiny, keep doing wudo minimum five times a day.
3- To have attractive lips, always mention Allah and remember to
speak the truth.
4- As for blush and rouge, "Modesty" (Haya') is ... Read More
