When i turned on the tv at 10 pm and read about the earthquake which jolted our region it reminded me of the massive earthquake on 8th octobar 2005. AN earthquake of magnitude 6.5 jolted Islamabad and adjecent areas at 8:52 local time. Its epicentre was in Kyrghistan about 650 kms from Peshawar.
The memories of 8th octobar 2005 are so strong as if it happened a few days ago. Before that experience i never imagined how it feels when the ground under ones feet start moving. It took away 87 thousand precious lives and left millions homeless. I hope everyone of us live in peace and protection of Allah.
