Terrorists are becoming unpredictable and dangerous with time. Security forces are supposed to be their enemies but now I am sure these people who targeted International Islamic University in Islamabad are the enemies of every Pakistani. Read more.
Six innocent students are killed, so far, who came out of their houses this morning to educate themselves. Think of the pains their parents took, who brought them up and now when they must have thought that their dreams are about to be fulfilled, “war on terror” took them away. This “war” is the killer of innocent Pakistanis. We are not ready to pay the heavy price we have to pay everyday, in form of watching are loved ones killed and injured.
Why would a muslim want to kill innocent girls while they were having lunch! The blast was so huge that the whole building is destroyed and their campus which is across the road is sprinkled with pieces of glass and stains of blood. Who would take this huge risk and send their children to study again. Read details.
Most of the schools and colleges all over Pakistan were shut down for 3 to 7 days. But the concerned authorities of Islamic University took this threat lightly. We were also questioning this move to close the schools because what will happen after this week? How long are we going to stay away from markets, schools, parks and now universities.
I wish others also faces the same situation so they can realize what a mess their meddling in our affairs have created for 170 million people living in this poor country whose real battle is for survival! for wheat! for sugar! for WATER!!!

Hi. I’m adnan and i hope you still remember me as i used to be a regular reader of this blog. The reason why i came back here today is that i just want to post my views regarding the blasts that took place in international islamic university islamabad.
If you visit BBC urdu, it is written there that the first blast took place in shariah block (male campus) and the second one took place within few minutes after the first one at girls cafe. This news is totally nonsense as i’m a student of international islamic university and i was present there when all it happened. The first blast took place at girls cafe. At that time, we were having a lunch at male cafe and as soon as we heard the blast, we all (guys) ran towards their cafe to see what was the situation. In less than a minute, another blast took place right in the shariah block which was 150 to 200 meters away from us. All of a sudden, everyone who was a part of that mob ran for his life. Everybody was shouting, ‘don’t gather at one place’. Mobiles were not working at that time and it seemed that we too are going to die today. This is a real story which i saw from my own eyes.
I haven’t had any such experience in my life ever n it was the first one. I hope it remains the first one and i don’t see any such moment further. I’m still trying to become normal but whenever i remember those female students who were crying and the blood that was all around, i can’t control myself. Whoever did it and whoever was involved, let us pray that ‘May Allah not show any mercy to them’ and let us pray for, those who died and, their families.
I’m sorry for bad english and i hope that this comment wont be moderated/blocked.

Every pakistani is praying please pray more and more, may Allah forgive all of us and get us out of this situation. Amin
Those, who are killing innocent people anywhere, are not MUSLIMS, we all know that, they always shape them self as Muslims, but theses are called hypocrites, i don’t mean that TALIBAN are Non-Muslims or hypocrites, they are true Muslims, but these hypocrites are found everywhere specially in Pak Gov, Army,Police,Politicians, Taliban groups, and they do it all for the sake of U.s.a, Israel and India. May Allah Curse them and make us all Muslims united and stronger than ever.
Salam to Martyres of LAl-Masjid,Lahore blast,IIUI Blast,Peshawar Blast,Manawa Blast, Wah Cantt Blast, Karachi Blast and so On.
May Allah Shower his rahmah on the graves of all muslims, and Bless them with Firdous, Amin

As salamu alaikum wa rahmah,
Indeed to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
One may consider it incorrect to label those who commit acts of terrorism as hypocrites for although they kill and maim innocent people (Muslim or disbelieving victims) perhaps they cannot be taken out of the fold of Islam. There committing acts of terrorism may be rooted in takfiri ideology(declaring an individuals and/or entire governments and countries to be disbelievers due to the presence of major sins found with them. They may therefore consider (mistakenly of course) what they are doing i.e suicide bombing to be a means of drawing closer to Allah. In addition, that is not to say that all terrorist attacks carried out are necessarily perpetrated by Muslims just because the media may say so.
There is also a great book called “the Methodology of the Messengers in Calling to Allah” authored by Shaykh Rabee Hadee Al Madkhalee which gives points to the best way that the Muslims can unite and make the word of Allah the highest and return to their former glory whilst similarly highlighting common misconceptions in the field of dawa and governance.
If I have said any good it is from Allah and if I am mistaken in anything then that is from me.
Jazakallah khair
