Praying for my beloved, Pakistan!
I am hearing and reading about what happened to Chand Bibi in Swat but thanks to my routine that I hardly see the TV. My words do not have the power to translate the intensity of my thoughts. Maybe I am being a coward and lack the courage to see it myself but even writing about it is really tough. How can “muslims” be so unkind to fellow human beings when they are taught to be “kind” to all. They don’t have a right to call themselves muslims if they do not follow the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad(May Allah shower His peace and blessings on him) who was sent to be the “rehmat” for the whole world.
It seems like all sort of maddness is going on in Pakistan. As I was mustering up the courage to write about swat incident, horrific incidents started happening one after the other…. 62 deaths in the container in Quetta, 10 precious lives lost as suicide bomber attacks the FC post in Islamabad, then drone attack by US kills 30 in North Wazirastan Agency and the Chakwal blast left me speechless.
“Khoon hua hai zamaney main insaan ka arzaan
Aur yahan shor hai her cheez ki mehgaye ka”
If someone like Baitullah Mehsud is claiming the responsiblity of even one of the above crimes I think he is the worst enemy of Pakistan and Islam who is giving others a chance to point fingers at Pakistan. By issuing irresponsible statements he is giving them the reason to do what they did to Afghanistan on Osama’s statements. (Still people think Osama is a hero). These people are working for the interests of others.
I pray to Allah for the peace and prosperity of my dear Pakistan. I am hopeful because I believe my Creator has extreme powers….
