On watching this picture my son exclaimed "Poor pelican! They can't fly, can't breate or eat! Its my favorite bird." The oil well under water is still leaking 20,000 to 40,000 barrels per day since the April 20 rig explosion that killed 11 workers and set the disaster in motion.
