We have a history of not holding our leaders accountable (I do not mean in a revengeful way) when they are holding the office. When they leave the office after committing gross crimes like violation of constitution , events which led to East Pakistan saga, killing of Akbar Bugti, tradgey of Lal Masjid and the list may go on and on even then they are allowed to flee to foreign lands. Why is time always not right to question these culprits or the nation will be fooled into forgiving them everytime!
I was praising Musharraf the other day that he stayed back in Pakistan even after resigning but today we are hearing that he is advised to stay out of Pakistan.
The sources close to the former president claim that the retired general has no problem in staying on in London. In case he finds some difficulty in living in the British capital, he could move to California where his son Bilal Musharraf is living. It is yet to be determined how the US administration would react to the plan of the former president to enter the United States this time.
Pervez Musharraf could also shift to Chicago where his brother is living. The sources said that Musharraf would make a decision about his future course of action in September next and till then he would avoid returning.(Read more)
This shows their(leaders) lack of trust on the judicial system but the question is who kept the judiciary weak? Weak, corrupt and for-sale judges are not in the interset of the nation but they are kept that way to protect these very politicians and leaders when they are in power!
I wish to ask why are we holding only Musharraf accountable ? what about his close aids, advisors and other benefitiries like Mr Shokat Aziz. Mr Aziz after all used all his banking and finance experience to fool poor Pakistanis (his resume holds the wheat crisis, power crisis and the stock exchange crisis), just to secure his very own future!!! We heard he was already a rich man but then how much is enough for these people ?????
Will Musharraf also settle out of Pakistan like Altaf Hussain, Shokat Aziz and others….

it is strange character of wolves that they always fight with each other but attack together.the pakistani politicans are not not different.infact people of Afghanastan and pakistan are alike and have the a very high tendency of this character.their policy is based on revenge, distructiona and backwardness.
one big blunder which Musharaf did in his life was that he left N Sharaif alive after the coup.
I always repent that why we kashmiris want to be with pakistan.we have lost nearly one lakh people for nothing and we want to merge with pakistan where literacy rate is 20%(unofficially),where the gun culture is prevalent, where there is no electricity, water etc.your top universities are at par with our third rate universities. For such a small country it is realy a hell living.the small country like pakistan should have been like Switzerland.
without any bias, Musharaf is the best leader pakistan has ever produced.now all your channels are downplaying his acheivements.it is really very sad seeing your corrupt leaders talking ill of this man who has been internationally recognised as a great genus leader.what the present govt is doing, it is really shame.Your women parliment members are commiting petty thefts of credit cards.
i think your politicans are after the political vendata agaisnt Musharaf as they are still afraid of him and his image which is growing around the world through his lectures.i can hope that atleast pakistani people will save Musharaf for their good future.
here in india, any peace loving kashmiri can move freely around the whole india.he can ensure his future in a more brilliant maner at any place.further India is becoming an economically Jaint country,so our future will be bright with this contry.
today i see that it was good that pakistan got seperated in 1947 otherwise its direct impact could have been disastrous for peaceloving section othe society.
let our leaders come out of their ivory towers and realise the true suitation
yours sincerely

musharraf will come to pakistan and will be the president of pakistan inshallah
I dont think so my friend.
Those who run away from this country when it needs them have no right to call themselves Pakistanis.
Gen Musharraf lost his credibility the day he left Pakistan and settled abroad.
We dont need a Musharraf or Nawaz or Imran to save Pakistan, we need some who has the character strong enough to stand against all the evils of the super powers today and confront them like a Muslim and a Pakistani !!!
But where is “he”? We need that someone more then ever before.
I think we DO NOT produce leaders in this country, unfortunately.

What a wonderful resource!…
